Originally founded by two emergency room psychiatrists, Dr. Chris Carson and Dr. Robert Williamson, Connections Health Solutions brings 30 years of experience serving individuals in crisis and operates two of the nation’s largest and most studied crisis response centers and is currently expanding to more states. Since opening our doors we have provided care and treatment for hundreds of thousands of individuals in crisis.

Connections Health Solutions is the nationally recognized leader in the provision of behavioral health crisis intervention services. Our founding physicians, Dr. Chris Carson and Dr. Robert Williamson, believe there is a better way to serve those in need of behavioral health crisis care and have developed a model of care that meets individuals where they are, when they need it. We are hiring Behavioral Health Specialists (BHS) for the Crisis Response Center (CRC) who manage and maintain the safety of the patients and staff. The BHS takes vitals and assists individuals in meeting their needs while on the unit by providing exceptional customer service. The BHS documents services provided and significant interactions in the electronic health record.
Connections Health Solutions is a physician-owned, multifaceted behavioral health company whose mission is to address any behavioral health need at any time. We are hiring Crisis Therapists (CT) for the Urgent Psychiatric Center (UPC) who will facilitate admissions, therapeutic interventions/group therapy, and discharge planning. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team and in all areas of the facility. Provides evaluations, therapeutic interventions, and assists with discharge planning.

We are hiring a Recovery Support Specialist for the Urgent Psychiatric Center (UPC) to provide patients with the natural supports proven instrumental in maintaining a strong and successful recovery and will demonstrate a strong personal recovery and be a positive example that recovery is a desirable and attainable goal. Works in conjunction with multiple disciplines to meet patient’s treatment and recovery needs.

Connections Health Solutions is a physician-owned, multifaceted behavioral health company whose mission is to address any behavioral health need at any time. We are hiring a Charge Nurse for the Urgent Psychiatric Center (UPC) who will oversee the operation, organization, and flow of recipients through the unit; including but not limited to: delegating nursing assignments, overseeing admissions, transfers and discharges. Demonstrate knowledge of Crisis Intervention and can de-escalate potentially aggressive situations. Assists with training and orientation of new staff, and oversee assigned duties of staff and documentation to meet JCAHO and OMFL standards.
