What You'll Do:
The Growth Operations Manager drives the efficiency and effectiveness of the business development (BD) function by managing key systems, reporting, and processes. This role supports the Directors of Business Development by ensuring high-quality data capture, visibility into pipeline performance, and consistency across team workflows. The position reports directly to the Chief Growth and Development Officer and plays a critical role in enabling the BD team to execute on growth strategies successfully.
Own and maintain CRM and pipeline tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data quality, visibility, and ease of use for the BD team.
Track and report on BD performance metrics, pipeline health, and strategic initiatives for the Chief Growth and Development Officer and Directors of Business Development.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) that bring consistency and clarity to BD team workflows.
Support the Directors of Business Development in weekly, monthly, and quarterly BD meetings by building agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up on deliverables.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to strengthen how we pursue, track, and close opportunities.
Assist with the preparation and submission of proposals and compliance materials in coordination with BD leadership.
Develop dashboards and materials to communicate BD progress to senior leadership.
Coordinate across departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations) to support the execution of BD initiatives.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management tools.
Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Experience developing SOPs, dashboards, and executive-ready materials preferred.
