What You'll Do:
The IT Support Technician demonstrates technical knowledge of infrastructure and communications processes and supports objectives relative to the company’s business and healthcare requirements. The IT Support Technician interacts as part of a team and can utilize basic technical knowledge to support IT initiatives and provide second-level technical information systems support. They resolve routine technical problems.
