Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 

 

The Senior Manager, Human Resources serves as a strategic HR leader, providing leadership and oversight of the HRBP team to align human resources practices with organizational goals.  This role is responsible for driving a consistent HR strategy supporting a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.  Acting as a key advisor to senior leadership, the Senior Manager, Human Resources plays a critical role in shaping HR strategies that support growth, engagement, and operational excellence across the organization.

 

  • Lead and manage the HRBP team focused on improving employee programs through data analysis, policy development, and streamlined processes to achieve organizational goals and enhance the employee experience.
  • Provide strategic direction to the HRBP team in managing organizational risk, optimizing HR resources and processes, facilitating informed decision-making processes, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with the SVP of People and Communications to drive HR strategies, provide recommendations based on industry best practices, and ensure alignment with the company mission and goals.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations; ensure HR practices meet all legal and compliance requirements.
  • In partnership with the Employee Relations Parner, promote positive employee relations through consistent communication, policy interpretation, and supportive HR practices.
  • Partner with senior leadership to advise on strategic initiatives that enhance team performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze HR data and employee engagement survey feedback to identify workforce trends and address workplace culture issues.
  • Support leaders and teams to maintain high employee experience standards while implementing targeted plans to increase engagement.
  • In partnership with Talent Management, guide business leaders through succession planning, developing employee retention strategies, and managing transitions to ensure Connections Health Solutions is set up for future growth.
  • Guide leadership through change management initiatives while empowering your team to support employees in adapting to new policies, systems, and organizational structures.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices encompassing talent development, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in evaluating multifaceted situations and implementing strategic solutions that advance organizational objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution and developing collaborative solutions that enhance team dynamics and productivity.
  • Diplomatic approach to navigating challenging situations while building strong relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Understanding of data analytics to evaluate HR metrics and implement strategies for workforce optimization, including compensation frameworks, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • 5 years management experience, with at least 3 years in HR management.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company’s exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment.

It would be great if you had:

 

  • Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
  • SPHR/SHRM-SCP
  • Experience working in a behavioral health company
