Originally founded by two emergency room psychiatrists, Dr. Chris Carson and Dr. Robert Williamson, Connections Health Solutions brings 30 years of experience serving individuals in crisis and operates two of the nation’s largest and most studied crisis response centers and is currently expanding to more states.  Since opening our doors we have provided care and treatment for hundreds of thousands of individuals in crisis.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 

This position provides administrative and clerical support to the management staff at the facility. The Administrative Assistant manages office and medical supplies, processes invoices for payment, and assists in daily office needs.

  • Provides administrative support to clinical and management staff. Schedules conference and training room reservations as needed. Takes meeting minutes for various meetings. 
  • Assists management staff with NEO as needed. Ensures brochure display boards are filled throughout facility.  
  • Coordinates completion of office duties such as billing documents, invoices, various reports, and functions as assigned. Orders clinical, office, and other supplies as needed.  
  • Performs all other duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • 3 years of administrative assistant or relevant work experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and excellent computer skills 
  • Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal skills with a collaborative style 

 

It would be great if you had:

  • Associate’s degree  
  • Experience in a healthcare setting

The typical hiring range for this role in Washington is $29.00 - $30.00 per hour.
